Each five-pack keeps your Nord running properly for weeks, whether you're running high-strength salt nic or freebase 50/50 blends. Two variants exist in this pack format: the 0.6ohm mesh coil, aimed at slightly restricted lung vaping with 3-10mg freebase liquids at 12-25W, and the 1.4ohm regular coil, designed for tighter MTL draws with salt nic at up to 20mg (the UK TPD legal ceiling). Confirm which variant you need before ordering because they suit very different vaping styles and juice types. Coil life on the original Nord depends heavily on juice choice. Menthols and fruit flavours can stretch a coil to two weeks; sweet bakery and custard flavours will gunk mesh in five to seven days regardless of technique. Prime the wicking cotton properly on first install — drops of juice on every exposed cotton opening, five minutes rest — and you'll get every day you're due out of them. Installation is push-fit rather than threaded. Twist the old coil out of the pod, drop the new one in until it clicks, refill, prime, vape. No tools needed. Compatible only with the original SMOK Nord device (the button-fired version without a screen). Doesn't fit Nord 2, Nord 4, Nord X, or later generations.
